Where can I sell my jewelry in Oklahoma City? I would prefer not using ebay or any online website. However no jewelry store I have found yet will buy my jewelry. I can’t take it to a pawn shop because they only give me 10% of its value and that is not enough. Has anyone used ebay for jewelry? Did you get what you were asking for?

My local Theatre is putting on Oklahoma! and I got the part of Laurey, we’re doing a workshop for which we have to bring a prop we feel would be important to our character. I’ve been thinking about it and I’m not sure what to take.
I was thinking a piece of jewelry or something, that could have belonged to her mother. (I’ve thought that her parents are dead that’s why she lives with aunt Eller) however that’s not really a prop.. More costume. I also thought maybe a wicker basket or something… But that doesn’t really seem something important to her.
Any ideas?
Or if I did take a piece of jewelry how could I use it as a prop?

I am petite 5-0 120 lbs- I am in good shape and work out daily
I’m 42 but don’t look it!
I love trendy but professional clothes
I look best in blues and browns,but I also like pink and green
I do not look good in red or orange
I wear high heels EVERYDAY!!!! And I love all jewelry
I don’t really care what stores,I just have a hard time putting together the out fits. I have checked out many of the outfits that you all put together and they are awesome.I went to polyvore ,but holy cow that was really overwhelming for me! LOL

My truck, a 1996 Ford Ranger XL auto, p/s, p/b w/air needs a new thermostat & the repair shop told me it takes 4 hours to put a thermostat in because its location is on the bottom & behind the bottom radiator hose. since the serpentin belt also needs replaced, I told them to go ahead. My question is, has anyone ever heard of a thermostat being on the bottom? & are they being honest? I’ve checked on a diagram of my little 4 on the enternert & it shows it to be on the top. The mechanic is a reputable one here in Tulsa. Total cost will be approx. $450.00 Yea, thats steep!

Tumblr My husband’s current job title is Health Outreach Specialist, but this still gave me weird flashbacks to my (not legally sanctioned) marriage of 1992-1997, in which my partner’s “baggage” included a variety of ex-pimps, one of whom had a murder record (he got one year for killing one of the women in their stable); my partner had been trafficked primarily between Minneapolis and Chicago between the ages of 14 and 18. (We met when she was 19, and I was 22.)

She did use the h word, for example, in graffiti we left all over Seattle (the city to which she’d initally escaped, before said pimps tracked her down and we had to move, repeatedly), saying things like “Death to Pimps and Tricks” and “We ♥ Hos.” To this day, I bristle at most uses of the term (depending on who is using it and why), up to and including pure accidents of language, such as the one in this image, invoking the (seriously unfortunate) acronym for my husband’s (very much non-human-trafficking-related) job.

So when I received his forwarded invitation to a “HOS APPRECIATION WEEK,” I really don’t know how to react, except to laugh, grimly as I do, at its final sentence: And…there will be lovely shoes for you to wear as well! This grim laughter was followed by the thought “I’ll bet they don’t mean shoplifted thrift shop stilettos.”

(Yes kids, there is a “shoplifted thrift shop stilettos” story, which I am saving for, oh, I don’t know, whenever I can deal with it. Though I should really nail down both the Oklahoma Funeral and the getting-dragged-off-in-handcuffs-by-feds-from-the-Minneapolis-St. Paul-airport stories first.)

EDITED TO ADD: I realize I could have just posted the screenshot with the title and it would have been all lulz- and reblog-worthy, and here I’ve injected into something funny a bunch of shit that’s seriously not. But the lulz and any number of trainwrecky horrors of my history are inextricable from one another. The backstory’s grimness notwithstanding, I still find this image hilarious, so yay me.

Resolved Question: Is the Heritage 1981 mens line available in ALL f21 stores?
On the website using the store locator, it says that it is available at a forever 21 store and a gadzooks near me. But is it true? I would check but I don’t want to be aimlessly walking in, being the only guy and finding out that only womens clothing is sold. Also whenever i do walk by gadzooks at the mall, i never see mens clothes. (it might be in the back of the store?) BTW, i live in oklahoma city.
